Job Summary
Licensed Esthetician needed for Equinox spa in Marina Del Rey. Responsibilities include analyzing, consulting, and performing facials and body treatments in a professional setting with a focus on member satisfaction. Opportunity for growth into management. Must have a valid Esthetician license, at least 1 year of salon/spa experience, and training in facial and body waxing. Requires strong communication, time management, organizational, and client-service skills, plus computer literacy. Competitive pay with industry-leading commissions for club employees, complimentary club membership, and incentive pay based on services performed. Part-time role with in-person work at the Marina Del Rey location.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Esthetician license
- Minimum of one (1) year of salon or spa experience
- Must have specific training in facial and body waxing
- Ability to handle clients in difficult situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Computer literate
