Job Summary
Perform customized facial treatments and skincare services while conducting in-depth consultations to recommend treatment plans and retail products. Build strong client retention and prebooking rates by delivering exceptional guest experiences and actively growing your book through referrals and outreach. Maintain a clean, professional treatment room and manage evenings, weekends, and peak spa hours as required. This role offers guaranteed hourly rates for the first 90 days, service and retail commissions, and opportunities to advance into Lead Esthetician or Trainer positions within this family-operated spa.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida Esthetician License
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on facial experience
- Strong retail sales and consultation skills
- Confidence recommending upgrades, skincare products, and treatment plans
- Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented mindset
- Open availability for evenings, weekends, and peak spa hours
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience with DiamondGlow, dermaplaning, LED treatments, and professional skincare lines
