Job Summary
Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level skincare treatments including LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, and chemical peels. Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client goals while achieving sales goals through member referrals and upgrades. Participate in ongoing hands-on training, workshops, and webinars to maintain expertise in product lines and services. Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas to ensure a positive client experience.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Esthetician
- Strong retail and in-treatment upgrade record
- Must carry liability insurance
- Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to Estheticians
