Job Summary
As a Hand & Stone Licensed Esthetician, provide top-level esthetic services and design progressive treatment plans based on clients’ skincare goals; maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms; achieve sales goals and promote memberships; generate new clientele through referrals; participate in trainings and stay informed about skincare modalities and brand certifications; collaborate with partners like Image, Dermalogica and Clarity to elevate esthetic career and deliver personalized experiences to members and guests.
Required Qualifications
- Active Esthetics license in the appropriate state
- Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance
- Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals
- Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
- Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
- Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
- Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
