Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level skincare treatments and designing progressive treatment plans based on client goals. Achieve sales goals through promoting member referrals and memberships while maintaining professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms. Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars to advance skills in advanced modalities like LED therapy and microdermabrasion. Work flexible high-volume shifts with a focus on building relationships through repeat visits.
Required Qualifications
- Active Esthetics license in the appropriate state
- Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance
