Job Summary
Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level skincare treatments including Dermaplaning, LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE, Diamond Glow, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels. Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client goals, while achieving sales targets through member referrals and upgrades. Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas. Participate in ongoing hands-on training, workshops, and webinars to advance skills. Build repeat business within the membership model by creating tailored experiences that leave clients refreshed and revitalized.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Esthetician
- EXPERIENCED
- Must carry liability insurance
- Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to Estheticians
- Strong retail and in-room upgrade record
