Job Summary
As an active Licensed Esthetician at Hand & Stone, perform facial treatments and skincare services to help clients achieve radiant skin. Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on individual goals, participate in training and workshops, and contribute to achieving spa sales goals. Build relationships with members/guests, promote memberships and referrals to generate new clientele, maintain professional and clean treatment spaces, and collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality skincare experiences. Opportunities for advancement and brand-certification through partnerships with Image, Dermalogica, and Clarity are available; a focus on client education and repeat visits drives results.
Required Qualifications
- Active Esthetics license in the appropriate state
- Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance
- Provide excellent service through top-level esthetic services
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client goals
- Participate in hands-on training, workshops and webinars
- Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
- Create excellent experience for members/guests
- Generate new clientele through referrals and memberships
- Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
