Job Summary
Licensed Esthetician needed for Hand and Stone spa in Indian Land, SC. Perform facials, microdermabrasion, hair removal, peels, and other skin-care services; waxing included. Must hold a SC esthetician/cosmetology license and maintain professional liability insurance. Elevate client experience with product knowledge (Dermalogica, Clarity Rx) and personalized treatments. Role emphasizes outstanding customer service, teamwork, professional appearance, and adherence to licensing laws. Weekend availability required (Friday/Saturday and some Sundays); part-time schedule with benefits and ongoing training. Experience of 3–5+ years in skincare, facials, and hair removal preferred; retail experience and product sales history desirable.
Required Qualifications
- SC esthetician license or cosmetology license per state requirements
- Professional liability insurance
- 3 to 5+ years of skincare, facials, and hair removal experience
- Knowledge of Dermalogica and Clarity Rx products
- Strong customer service skills and client-focused approach
- Ability to maintain treatment records; comply with spa procedures and licensing laws
- Able to work Fridays and Saturdays and some Sundays; weekend availability
- Maintain licenses/certifications as required by SC regulations
- Attend mandatory meetings and training
