Job Summary
Licensed Esthetician to join our new Downtown San Diego club. Responsibilities include analyzing, consulting, and performing facials and body treatments in a professional setting with a focus on member satisfaction. Growth potential into management. Requires a valid Esthetician license, at least one year of salon/spa experience, and specific training in facial and body waxing. Must handle clients with professionalism, possess excellent communication, time-management, organizational, and follow-up skills, and be enthusiastic and personable. Compensation includes pay per session and hourly/non-session work with incentive opportunities; benefits, complimentary club membership, and access to fitness services.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Esthetician license
- Minimum of one year of salon or spa experience
- Must have specific training in facial and body waxing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly; knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry
