Job Summary
Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on the client's individual skincare goals while performing top-level services to provide a world-class client experience. Maintain an active Esthetics license, carry liability insurance, and adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations. Effectively communicate with clients, spa management, and staff to create an excellent experience through a friendly and helpful attitude. Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership and participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
Required Qualifications
- Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where you are working
- Carry Esthetics liability insurance
- Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations
