Job Summary
Electrician needed to maintain and repair electrical infrastructure across multiple properties. Responsibilities include inspecting electrical systems, troubleshooting and repairs, installing/upgrading wiring and fixtures per blueprints, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, coordinating with contractors, responding to emergency electrical issues, maintaining records and generating reports, and traveling to service locations. Must have proven experience as an Electrician, valid license or certification (Journeyman preferred), strong knowledge of codes and safety practices, ability to read blueprints/diagrams, and reliable communication with property management. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb and operate in varied environments; valid driver’s license required. Travel out of state is required.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably in property management or a related field.
- Valid electrician license or certification required.
- Journeyman Electrician license is required.
- Electrician Contractor license is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical problems and performing repairs.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety practices and protocols.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid Driver’s License is required to complete the essential function of the position.
