Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex residential electrical systems while acting as the primary technical resource for junior team members. Transition from a working lead to a field supervisor managing quality checks and training, eventually moving to full-time office-based service management. Earn uncapped compensation including personal production bonuses and a 3% team revenue override. Required Qualifications
- A current, valid Utah Journeyman or Master Electrical License (or comparable out-of-state credentials ready to transfer to DOPL)
- Minimum of 5 years of dedicated residential electrical experience
- Advanced troubleshooting skills
- Panel upgrades experience
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass periodic drug testing
