Job Summary
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with relevant codes and regulatory requirements. Prepare and interpret blueprints, schematics, and single-line diagrams for system installation and maintenance. Perform testing, commissioning, and shutdown/turn-on procedures while conducting routine inspections of site equipment and maintaining the monthly installation checklist. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate daily activities, and respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and service requests. Set up temporary electrical utilities and project power supply as required. Manage site generators including EMA permit compliance and conduct monthly inspections. Ensure all works comply with Singapore electrical regulations and safety standards. Willing to work 6 days per week.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry
- Possess a valid Electrician Licence or currently in the process of obtaining Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) Grade 7 certification
- Minimum NITEC in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Strong troubleshooting and maintenance experience with electrical equipment
- Good teamwork, interpersonal skills, and a proactive can-do attitude
- Willing to work 6 days per week
