Job Summary
Diagnose electrical equipment and make necessary repairs while installing electrical components for residential and commercial customers. Operate company vehicles safely to progress between job locations efficiently, maintaining customer health, safety, and satisfaction. Communicate with clients to answer questions, represent the company professionally, and complete required paperwork by due dates. Follow all safety rules, company policies, and code requirements while performing quality workmanship. Attend mandatory training classes and seek additional educational opportunities as needed. Maintain a valid Colorado driver's license, clean motor vehicle record, and meet all background check and confidentiality agreement requirements.
Required Qualifications
- State of Colorado Residential Wireman License (RW)
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic math and reading comprehension
- Knowledge and understanding of map book utilization
- Have possession of required hand tools per Brothers Plumbing & Heating, Inc.'s Tool Requirement List
- Be capable of driving the vehicles within the Brothers Plumbing & Heating, Inc. truck fleet
- Valid Colorado Driver's License
- Have and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record in compliance with auto insurance requirements
- Successfully complete all background checks, drug testing and employment screening
- Neatly groomed per dress code policy
- Prior experience in the area of job site customer service
- Understand, diagnose, service, repair and install electrical concerns, components and equipment
