Licensed Dietitian

Assess nutritional status of neonates, infants, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients through medical record documentation. Develop and revise nutrition care plans based on patient, medical record, family, and health care team information. Advise the department on patient care and food service issues while ensuring regulatory agency compliance and successful survey outcomes. Orient, mentor, and train staff and interns as applicable. Participate in facility-wide and department Performance Improvement Programs to enhance processes and patient care. Ensure patient satisfaction, quality care, and good public relations through the safe and efficient use of resources.
