Job Summary
Assist during a variety of dental procedures, take dental x-rays, set up and breakdown operatory post treatment, manage infection control including sterilization, educate patients on oral hygiene, complete denture soft relines and temporary crowns, perform quality impressions and bite registrations, conduct digital intraoral scans, support patient charting for doctors, and collaborate with the practice team to ensure patient satisfaction. Requires strong communication, willingness to engage in ongoing professional development, and ability to work effectively with patients of diverse ages and backgrounds.
Required Qualifications
- Active license, registration, or permit as required by the state of practice; including x-ray certification if required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
