Licensed Customs Broker Manager (Primary Permit Holder)

Lead and oversee daily brokerage operations as the Primary Permit Holder for the Brokerage, ensuring full regulatory compliance with CBP requirements. Manage and supervise the customs brokerage department, supervise ISF filings and customs entries, ensure accurate shipment data (release, billing, classification, valuation), coordinate releases and arrange transportation or warehousing, handle entries for vehicles and personal goods imported by air and ocean, generate daily release/classification reports, maintain data in internal systems, utilize CargoWise for operational/financial tasks, and collaborate across functions to mitigate risk and improve processes with a focus on service excellence.
