Licensed Crisis Counselor - Fully Remote in Reading, PA

Licensed Crisis Counselor will provide telephonic first-response crisis support, risk assessment, crisis intervention, and stabilization services to callers from a remote, PA-resident setting. The role requires building rapport, active listening, delivering resources and safety planning, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation across multiple software systems. The position includes six-week paid virtual training, weekend/holiday availability post-training, and remote scheduling. A private, distraction-free home office with hard-wired internet is required; successful candidates will work remotely from Reading, PA, serving callers across the U.S. and Canada as part of Protocall Services.’
