Licensed Crisis Counselor providing telephonic crisis support, risk assessment, crisis intervention, and stabilization services. Delivers empathetic, ethical, and professional care; builds rapport; assesses emotional/behavioral concerns and urgent safety issues; offers resources, coping strategies, referrals, and safety planning; documents accurately; multitasks across software systems. Role is remote-first with AZ residency required; includes six-week training, remote scheduling after training, and weekend/holiday availability. Maintains HIPAA compliance in a private, distraction-free home office with reliable wired internet. Required Qualifications
- MSW, PsyD, or PhD in a behavioral health field, OR MA/MS in a behavioral health field with a clinical practice emphasis from a COAMFTE, CACREP, or CORE-accredited program
- Active licensure in AZ in one of LMSP, LAC, LMFT, LCSW, LPC
- Licensure must be active and in good standing
- Remote work with AZ residency requirement
- Six-week paid virtual training cohort and ongoing scheduling requirements
- HIPAA-compliant private home office with adequate internet speed (at least 10 Mbps)
