Job Summary
Licensed Crisis Counselor role: remote-first telephonic crisis intervention and emotional-support delivery with risk assessment, safety planning, resources/referrals, and documentation. Provide compassionate, ethical support to callers; establish rapport, assess needs and urgency, intervene in emergent situations, and maintain HIPAA-compliant, private home-office setup with robust wired internet. Six-week virtual training, then remote scheduling with weekend/holiday availability required. Required Qualifications

- Licensure: active and in good standing in MD as LCSW-C or LCPC (LCSW-C listed twice in posting)
- Reside in Maryland and hold one of the licenses listed
- Remote work with Maryland residency required
