Licensed Couples and Family Therapist - Fee For Service

Licensed clinicians provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to over 175,000 clients nationwide via telehealth and face-to-face sessions. Role requires independent licensure in Virginia (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD) with minimum 25 sessions and 30 hours availability per week. Focus includes couples and families; open to a variety of clients and use of telehealth and EHR tools. Team-oriented environment offering credentialing/billing/scheduling support, a full caseload within 90 days post-credentialing, and a hybrid scheduling model from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
