Job Summary
Licensed clinicians provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to a large client base via telehealth and in-person sessions. The role requires independent licensure in Michigan (LPC, LMFT, LMSW, PhD) and a minimum availability of 25 sessions with 30 hours per week. Clinicians act as behavioral health generalists, treating diverse clients including couples and children, and work within a nationwide hybrid care model. Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based therapy, using modern clinical technology (telehealth and EHR tools), contributing to a supportive clinical community, credentialing and scheduling support handled by administration, and flexible scheduling from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Compensation up to $121,200, with full-time benefits (health, 401(k), PTO, disability insurance, CEU reimbursement) and potential opportunities for paid clinical supervisor roles in select states.
