Job Summary
Seeking a full-time licensed counselor or social worker to provide behavioral health services for youth and adults. Responsibilities include assessing individual strengths and needs, delivering social services, and maintaining documentation and billing productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet requirements for licensure as defined by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage & Family Therapist Board
- LSW, LPC required
Desired Qualifications
- LISW, LPCC preferred
- Demonstrated a high degree of cultural awareness
- Experience with multi-need individuals and families
- Broad knowledge of community service systems
- Willing to participate in and lead cross-systems team-building activities
- Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression
- Able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment
