Job Summary
Provide and coordinate clinical and social services for youth and adults in need of Behavioral Health services. Assess strengths and needs of referred individuals and families; carry out utilization review and quality assurance activities; directly provide and coordinate services; maintain documentation; participate in program evaluation, team planning, cross-systems training, and community resource knowledge; meet billing productivity requirements; salary range reflects annual compensation and benefits as described. Requires licensure per Ohio board; offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement, and EAP.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet requirements for licensure as defined by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage & Family Therapist Board.
- LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC credentials listed in posting.
