Job Summary
Provide licensed counseling or social work services to youth and adults in Behavioral Health, including assessing needs, directly delivering and coordinating clinical/social services, conducting utilization review and quality assurance, maintaining documentation, participating in program planning and cross-systems training, and meeting billing productivity goals in a community/home-based setting for Integrated Services for Behavioral Health in Ohio.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet licensure requirements defined by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage & Family Therapist Board
- Licensed Counselor or Social Worker with LSW/LPC/LISW/LPCC credentials
- Willing to provide services in home/community settings
- Ability to document and meet billing productivity requirements
