Job Summary
Become a product expert on the 10Beauty machine and our innovative nail pods, then proactively approach customers to educate them and share the brand story. Provide hands-on demonstrations of the machine's ease of use, answer customer questions, offer basic troubleshooting, and perform manicure touch-ups or quick demonstrations to highlight quality. Maintain a professional, enthusiastic image while ensuring the machine and surrounding area remain clean and inviting. Listen to customer feedback and share insights with the team to help continuously improve the product experience.
Required Qualifications
- cosmetology license
- nail tech license
- licensed nail tech
- licensed cosmetologist
- nail tech in training
- Experience in cosmetology or most preferably nail related work
- Experience working with nails
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
- travel to our corporate office in Burlington, Massachusetts
