Job Summary
Licensed Condo Manager to manage a portfolio of condominium corporations in Edmonton. Act as primary advisor to condo boards, oversee building operations, maintenance and vendors, manage budgets and reserve planning, ensure compliance with condo legislation and bylaws, and lead board meetings while maintaining records. Ideal candidate will independently manage a portfolio with confidence, possess strong knowledge of building systems and vendor management, and demonstrate organized, responsive, and accountable communication with condo boards. Required Qualifications
- RECA Condominium Management License (required)
- 1+ years of condo portfolio management experience
- Experience working with condo boards
- Strong knowledge of condo financials and operations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Based in Edmonton or surrounding area
