Job Summary
Provide OLP services to children, foster youth, and families, including assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention in home or community settings. Oversee direct service providers to ensure quality standards, while researching community resources and building partnerships for client programming. Attend team meetings, supervision sessions, and required training to maintain licensure and compliance with federal, state, and agency policies. Complete all documentation in the electronic health record, report incidents, and adhere to HIPAA and whistleblower protocols. Utilize the appropriate chain of command and fulfill any additional duties assigned by the HCBS Clinical Supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
- At least 3 years of experience working with children
- NYS Driver's License
- Licensed Psychologist
- Licensed Psychoanalyst
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor
- Licensed Creative Arts Therapist
