Job Summary
Manage assigned portfolios of Florida community associations to achieve targeted service and financial goals. Review architectural applications for compliance, conduct community and common area inspections, and establish maintenance standards while procuring service providers. Coordinate board and membership meetings, communicate key messages to homeowners and vendors, and resolve inquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Develop emergency preparedness plans, monitor gate access controls, and oversee on-budget special projects. Maintain property fact sheets and document all customer disputes and covenant enforcement actions. Requires a valid Florida Community Association Manager License, 2+ years of portfolio management experience, and ability to attend evening board meetings and respond to after-hours emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience within the community association industry within managing portfolios
- Valid driver's license
- Current vehicle liability insurance
- Valid Florida Community Association Manager License
- Ability to attend board meetings in the evenings
- Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies as necessary
