Job Summary
Support client relationship management, transaction coordination, and marketing content creation in a fast-paced commercial real estate environment. Key responsibilities include managing transaction processes, preparing property valuations and investment memoranda, coordinating due diligence, and conducting market data analysis. Required skills include proficiency in Adobe design tools, Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills. A valid real estate license in Illinois is a bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications Real Estate, Finance or related discipline
- 2+ years of work experience in real estate, marketing, finance, capital markets, or related industry
- Intermediate proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, writing, and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with a CRM
- Experience with proforma underwriting, cash flow projections, sensitivity analysis
