Job Summary
Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair high-use commercial plumbing systems in restaurant environments, including drainage networks, grease traps/interceptors, hydro-jetting, kitchen fixtures, gas lines, and backflow preventers. Read blueprints and isometrics for renovations; ensure compliance with health department regulations and plumbing codes. Respond rapidly to plumbing emergencies to minimize downtime. Requires active Journeyman or Master Plumber license and 5-7+ years of experience in restaurants/commercial kitchens; strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to lift 50+ pounds; valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Active Journeyman or Master Plumber license
- 5 to 7+ years of hands-on commercial plumbing experience
- Experience working in restaurants, commercial kitchens, or food service facilities
- Valid driver's license with a consistently clean driving history
