Licensed Co-Occurring Therapist

Provide individual, group, marital, and family therapy in the office, via teletherapy, in the community, or in the client's home. Maintain clinical records and documentation for assigned cases per agency specifications. Meet service productivity standards of at least 62.5% for direct therapy services. Request insurance authorization when required. Make appropriate referrals and consultations within and outside the agency. Provide crisis intervention as needed. Requires Florida licensure as a clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist, or mental health counselor, plus two years of related experience.
