Job Summary
Recovery Specialist/CNA provides care responding to physical and psychological needs of members served, supports activities of daily living, monitors safety, assists with admission/discharge, collects specimen samples, obtains vital signs, participates in rehabilitation groups and treatment planning, and maintains documentation in a recovery-centered care environment at Telecare’s Morton Bakar Center SNF—all with NEW GRADS welcome and on-call shifts as needed, including weekend differentials.
Required Qualifications
- High school or GED
- Must have a current Certified Nursing Assistant License
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be CPR, CPI, and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment
- Background clearances and post-offer physical examination requirements may apply
