Licensed Clinician

Licensed Clinician in HopeWell's Support & Stabilization Program providing in-person, community-based clinical counseling to children, adolescents, and families referred by DCF. Responsibilities include ongoing assessments, development of strength-based and safety plans, acting as primary team lead when required, maintaining case files, making referrals to community resources, assisting caregivers with systems navigation, collaborating with DCF and service providers, attending meetings (including Foster Care Reviews and treatment planning), transporting children to visits and court, participating in after-hours on-call, handling billing documentation, and engaging in weekly supervision and required trainings. Required competencies include trauma-informed individual and family therapy, knowledge of child development and family systems, ability to work across diverse cultural or linguistic backgrounds, and proficiency with clinical documentation and basic computer skills. Must have access to automobile and valid driver's license; background checks cleared; flexibility for evening/weekend work; licensure progression toward independent licensure preferred.
