Job Summary
Licensed Therapist role providing direct assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing care across the lifespan for children, teens, and families. Responsibilities include direct client care, completing and reviewing treatment notes within 72 hours, collaborating with Regional Practice Director and other departments to ensure excellent client experience, following established clinical protocols, and maintaining a professional representation of the practice. Requires valid California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) through BBS; incumbents should be able to work prime hours including evenings/weekends, possess strong written/verbal communication, and have proficiency with Google Workspace and EHR systems. In-person positions available in Murrieta, CA with a parallel virtual-California-wide option; competitive compensation ($50-58/hour) and comprehensive benefits for full-time employees, plus supervision, onboarding mentor, and supportive clinical leadership pathways.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a valid license with the BBS as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California
- Invested interest in providing direct care
- Complete documentation with 72 hours
- Able to work prime time hours including evenings, weekends, holidays and/or extended hours as needed
- Proficient computer skills in Google Workspace and EHRs
- Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new programs, systems, and/or processes
- Excellent written and verbal skills; strong punctuation and grammar
- Bilingual fluency is a plus
- Professional image and demeanor; high degree of discretion, integrity, and accountability
- Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to handle high volumes of detailed work; reliability in attendance
