Job Summary
Licensed Clinician (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC) provides mental health support services to program members and families, coordinates mental health services with team and external agencies, and may be assigned to work in a program or remotely based on business needs. Schedule is Full-Time, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday. Compensation ranges from $72,808.63 to $89,871.72, with geographic differentials. Requires CA license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, etc.), Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, and 1 year post-master’s direct service experience. Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to use personal and/or company vehicle for client transport. Benefits include PTO, holidays, CEUs, tuition discount, 401K, and ESOP. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinician license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, etc.) must be valid and current
- Master’s Degree in Social Sciences
- One (1) year post-master’s direct service experience with mentally ill individuals
- Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups
- Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc.
