Job Summary
The Clinician will provide individual and group treatment for a primary group of students, facilitate the treatment team, write clinical reports, and coordinate student treatment plans; work with the clinical support team to ensure all case management responsibilities are carried out; attend court hearings and foster care reviews for the students; must be flexible to daily changing demands; licensure as LMHC or LCSW and a Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work are required; position includes a comprehensive benefits package and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires; schedule typically Monday–Friday with occasional evenings and one weekend per month.
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Counseling or Social Work
- Licensure required with LMHC or LCSW
- License eligible in MA
- Experience with children and adolescents
- Experience with trauma treatment
- Maintain/pursue licensure and CEUs as necessary
