Job Summary
Supervises a team delivering Intensive In-Home services for children and teens with serious mental health and/or substance use concerns, providing individual therapy, coordinating scheduling and coverage, and ensuring ethical, high-quality services. The clinician leads a team of experts collaborating with families to develop and implement treatment plans, conducts assessments (e.g., BPRS, DLA-20, CANS), and supports ongoing training and supervision. Requires a master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Counseling and an Associate Licensed Professional (provisionally licensed) with at least 1 year of child mental health experience. Licensure options include LCSW/LCSWA, LCMHC/LCMHCA, LMFT/LMFTA. Location options include Asheville, NC and Hendersonville, NC; this is a full-time, senior-level supervisory role within a values-based, family-oriented organization offering training, benefits, and a comprehensive in-house support structure.
Required Qualifications
- A master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or related field
- Must be an Associate Licensed Professional (provisionally licensed)
- At least one (1) year experience with the child mental health population
- Licensure/Certification Requirements: Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Psychological Associate, LCSW/LCSWA, LCMHC/LCMHCA, LMFT/LMFTA
