Job Summary
Conduct clinical assessments, evaluations, and documentation for Guests, including safety plans, behavioral plans, and risk assessments. Provide training to colleagues on treatment plans, behavior plans, and trauma-informed care. Intervene appropriately in medical, psychiatric, and behavioral crises while maintaining a safe, respectful environment. Attend required trainings and interdisciplinary team meetings. Requires BCBA, LMHC, or LICSW with 3+ years of experience in mental health and developmental disabilities. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $85,000 annually with no billable hours.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA, LMHC or LICSW
- Master's Degree in mental health or related field
- 3+ years of experience with mental health and developmental disabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven knowledge of behavioral support techniques and planning
- A collaborative, flexible, and solutions-driven mindset
- Familiarity with DDS and Human Rights regulations
- Valid driver's license
- Satisfactory CORI and DDS background check
- Must be able to calmly and analytically respond to crisis and/or crisis situations
- Must be able to appropriately intervene in medical, psychiatric and behavioral crises
