Job Summary
Conduct clinical assessments, evaluations, and documentation for Guests, including safety plans, behavioral plans, risk assessments, and mental status exams. Provide assessments for Guests in psychiatric crisis and deliver training to colleagues on treatment plans, behavior plans, trauma-informed care, and mental health topics. Attend required trainings, meetings, and interdisciplinary team sessions to support individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. Maintain a collaborative, solutions-driven mindset while ensuring compliance with DDS and Human Rights regulations. Requires BCBA, LICSW, or LMHC licensure with a Master's degree and three years of experience in mental health and developmental disabilities.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA, LICSW, or LMHC
- Master's Degree in mental health or related field
- 3+ years of experience with mental health and developmental disabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven knowledge of behavioral support techniques
- Collaborative, flexible, and solutions-driven mindset
- Familiarity with DDS and Human Rights regulations
- Valid driver's license
- Satisfactory CORI and DDS background check
