Job Summary
Conduct on-site direct observations, develop positive behavior support plans based on assessment results, and coordinate data collection into graphed formats. Work with an interdisciplinary team to provide social, behavioral, and emotional supports while monitoring therapeutic approaches in group homes. Lead staff training and provide behavioral consultation to ensure high-quality care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm with some flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Education, or related field
- Relevant PA clinical license (i.e., Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Behavior Specialist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Social Worker, and Licensed Associate Professional Counselor)
- Must have strong behavioral analysis skills, counseling, and experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, autism and/or mental health diagnoses
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Further training in crisis prevention/intervention, trauma informed care, CPR, first aid, Functional Behavior Assessments
