Job Summary
The role provides psychotherapy, crisis intervention, consultation, and mental health outreach/education to students at Exeter campus; part-time, 1-year position with on-call responsibilities (days, evenings, weekends) and required licensure (PhD/PsyD or LICSW) for NH; duties include evidence-based individual psychotherapy, culturally affirming care, collaboration with CAPS and health teams, and ongoing documentation while maintaining licensure and completing required continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology, or LICSW
- Licensure in the State of New Hampshire
- Three or more years of full-time, post-licensure clinical experience working with an adolescent/young adult population
- Experience with eating disorders, anxiety, mood disorders, substance abuse, PTSD, and interpersonal problems (as stated)
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
- Pre-hire physical clearance and immunization record review
- Criminal background check (every 5 years)
- Driving record check (annually)
- State NH Background check (upon hire)
- Adherence to APA Ethical Principles and Code of Conduct
- Continuing Education every two years (40 hours)
- Maintain licensure in NH
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Licensure in NH (clinical psychologist or LICSW)
