Licensed Clinical Therapist- (Yuma)

Collaborate with patients and natural supports to develop and implement effective service plans while providing clinically appropriate psychotherapy in accordance with ethical codes. Serve as the point of contact for coordinating communication with other systems and assist in screening and integrating services for patients across inpatient and outpatient settings. Continuously evaluate treatment effectiveness through ongoing assessments, modifying service plans as necessary, and maintain client records. Participate in individual and group supervision meeting standards set by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. This hybrid role includes four days remote and one day onsite in Yuma, AZ, with Monday–Friday hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Compensation is based on licensure status, ranging from $65,000 to $88,000 annually, with a potential $5,000 sign-on bonus for excellent attendance and performance within the first 90 days.
