Licensed Clinical Therapist - Outpatient Services

Provide ongoing individual, family, and group counseling to assigned populations while conducting psychosocial assessments and crisis interventions. Document all clinical activities according to quality standards and lead treatment planning reviews for clients. Coordinate service delivery by participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and monitoring group education activities. This role supports the mission to improve client care and reduce financial burdens on community mental health centers through shared resources and advocacy.
