Licensed Clinical Therapist

Provide individual and group therapy, case management, and crisis intervention to Lighthouse clients within the scope of practice. Complete crisis and safety plans, treatment plans, service notes, and discharge reports adhering to accreditation, licensing board, and funding standards. Maintain accurate clinical records under Quality Improvement and billing guidelines while responding to community professionals regarding client information. Educate clients on community resources, make appropriate referrals, and activate Case Management or CPST Services to remove recovery barriers. Collaborate with service providers to promote integrated care and implement person-centered, strength-based interventions that foster client connectedness and social acceptance.
