Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Therapist at Brown University Health Group evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of psychosocial problems with biopsychosocial assessments, collaborating with primary care for behavioral health expertise, providing MOUD initiation and discharge resources, offering flexible walk-in hours, facilitating groups in CBT, relapse prevention, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based interventions, coordinating with Addiction Medicine and Psychology teams, and supervising MSW interns while contributing to addiction service program development and continuing professional education.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work
- Licensed through the RI Department of Health as a LICSW and/or LCDP
- Must be eligible for credentialing to provide independent psychotherapy (individual and family)
- At least one year of clinical experience in general mental health counseling and addiction treatment
