Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish treatment plans for adult patients through virtual outpatient therapy. Deliver individual and family sessions for clients with general mental health and substance use disorders, collaborating with psychiatry, crisis services, and case managers within a multidisciplinary team. Manage a daily caseload of 6-8 clients while adhering to a Monday–Friday schedule with three afternoons extending past 5pm CST.
Required Qualifications
- Active Kansas LSCSW license required
- Active Kansas Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC) license OR eligibility and willingness to obtain LCAC licensure required
- Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW)
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during CST hours
- Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with patients with substance use disorders and/or co-occurring mental health and substance use needs preferred
- Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
- Telehealth experience preferred
- Familiarity with SmartCare is a plus!
