Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Team Lead provides day-to-day leadership, clinical supervision, mentorship, and operational oversight for a dynamic ACT multidisciplinary team, while maintaining a smaller clinical caseload. The role emphasizes relationship-centered care, collaboration with community partners, program development, leadership growth, and supervisory training within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Ideal candidates are skilled clinicians who mentor staff, value recovery-oriented care, and advocate for staff development and community engagement. Essential duties include supervision of team members, oversight of hiring processes, coordination of client care and treatment planning, liaison with community facilities, data collection, and ensuring timely documentation and discharge planning. Requires a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy, five years of relevant experience (three with adults with Serious Mental Illness), and an MH/SW/MFT license with full licensure preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Five years’ experience, at least three years working with adults with Serious Mental Illness
- Current MH, SW or MFT License required
- Valid driver’s license/ acceptable driving record
