Job Summary
Lead and supervise MST teams delivering multisystemic therapy for youth aged 12–17 and their families. Responsibilities include supervising up to two teams of 2–4 MST Therapists, providing weekly group and individual supervision, promoting MST adherence and clinical outcomes, developing collaborative relationships with community and organizational stakeholders, managing referrals and clinician caseloads, delivering MST treatment when needed, and participating in program development and data reporting. Requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field and either full licensure or two years of MST experience; must reside within an hour of the identified territory. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and EHR systems are essential. Salary range: $57,917–$83,441 with comprehensive benefits; full-time position in Georgetown, SC.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or a related subject area
- Must be either fully licensed OR have two years of MST experience
