Job Summary
Licensed Clinical Supervisor (BCBA/LPC/LCSW/LMFC/RN) oversees an Intensive Support Coordination team in GA, supervising case management, travel for home visits, and ensuring staffing, financial, and quality outcomes. Hybrid schedule with some work-from-home opportunities; travel required for joint visits and caseload coverage in region 6 (GA) and areas of region 2 (Macon, Warner Robins, Milledgeville).Responsibilities include supervising intensive support coordinators, providing ongoing consultation during joint visits, reviewing caseloads quarterly, performing case management duties as needed, hiring and developing staff, maintaining relationships with families and state officials, ensuring proper documentation and billing, and coordinating interdisciplinary meetings. Qualifications include licensure as BCBA, LPC, LCSW, LMFC, or RN; minimum 3 years of home/community-based case management for individuals with disabilities; valid driver’s license and auto insurance; at least 2 years in a similar role; and up to 75% travel. Required Qualifications
- Must be one of the following licensures: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage Family Counselor (LMFC), or Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum of 3 years experience providing home and community-based case management services for individuals with disabilities
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
- Maintain auto insurance
- Minimum of 2 years working in a similar position
- Travel up to 75%
